Brand new a/c issue

Just got a new 2017 Montana 5 th wheel. Both a/c units worked fine for a few days . Today, the bigger unit in the living area would not cool. When turned on, the thermostat could only be set to 31 or 32 degrees. The blower came on but not the compressor. What gives?
 
Okay...somehow the thermostat switched to celsius, but it would only adjust from 32 to 31. I unplugged the unit, then plugged it back in, switched to Farenheit and it seems to working fine. Thermostat motherboard glitch?
 
I would say you figured it out.. With electronics "Glitches" happen. that's a fact f life.. one of the reasons the Furnace control in my motor home is a mechanical T-Stat.. and one of my A/C's likewise (The other one is electronic).
