I like to take advantage of fishing opportunities when campsites are near water. This past year my rod and reel while decent were way too light weight for the salt water fishing I did. Luckily for me I only caught one little striped bass and got a few bites when I was salt water fishing. This year I'm picking up a Penn 6000 Fierce II combo to have a proper salt water setup in addition to my fresh water setup.
