I'm replacing my carpet in my 2011 Holliday rambler and would like some help with identifying what glue would be used to cover the engine cover inside the RV? I'm thinking this cover would get warm from the engine so the glue would need to be able to handle some heat.

Thank you for your help,
Joe

Most any of the trim adhesive products will work fine, but many are contact cements so little no adjustment once contact is made.

3M General Trim Adhesive is a good product, but it's an aerosol so requires some care about surrounding surfaces.

I used to customize vans and we used accoustical tile cement to adhere carpet to many areas.

Good luck

you will have to use a contact glue of some sort since you will be bending carpet around some curves or corners. 3M is the best there is in this type of glue. As mentioned before, have good ventilation. It will handle the temp too
