We have a 2003 Travel Supreme 40' DS02 SMM chassis with Cummins.  The 12v main power solenoid died and needs to be replaced.  I can't see the part number on the unit and don't want to disassemble it a this time.  Can someone tell me what the part number is?  I would imagine that the unit is pretty much the same for most coaches.

One of the most widely used 12v power relays is the Intelletec "Big Boy" relay, but it's not the only one in use. It's available from many places, even Ebay, but here is one source:

Intellitec also makes another, smaller battery disconnect relay - see https://www.ebay.com/i/162624722716?chn=ps&fl=a

I think you need to look at just what you have and determine the required amp rating, and whether it is the disconnect relay or the isolation relay that separates the house & chassis 12v systems.

Another widely used solenoid/relay is the Trombetta, but beware of numerous reports of failures. Replace with one of the ones Gary recommended. I chose to eliminate the relay on our coach partly because, on our coach, it only turns on/off battery power to some of the 12V circuits, and partly because I have manual battery switches that I use instead.
