Adding a TPMS to my rig and looking for a 12V supply connection point at the rear of my coach to locate and power the repeater. Inside or outside in a compartment is fine.

2013 Itasca Meridian 42E

I put my repeater in the bedroom. I tapped into a 12-volt power outlet & put the repeater on top of a piece of trim near the ceiling. It works great there.

I put my repeater in the battery compartment, which is just in front of the left rear wheels. This is where TST suggested. Never had a problem receiving  the toad tires. I put battery clamps on the wires and clip them on the battery.

I got lucky, I have a 12 Volt connection and coaxial antenna feed just above the bedroom TV in the rear of the coach.  I put a piece of Command Strip that looks a bit like velcro to hold the repeater antenna.  Just connect it when traveling, otherwise, just we just store it in a bedroom drawer.
