After months of searching and weeks of dickering followed by hours of worrysome research... we bought an RV today.  It's a 2004 Tiffen Allegro Bay 37db. I'll post details later (once I confirm them). Wish us luck!

Congrats, and I won't say "good luck" but rather... I'm sure you will love it.  ;D  Not that RV'ing is all kittens and rainbows, but it is a whole lot of fun and this forum is here to help you through the hard stuff, and give you a place to share the fun stuff too.
 
I have the same chassis. Bought mine new in 2004.

How old are the tires?
Has the brake recall been done?
Does the transmission have Transynd in it?
Does it have a bath and a half?

Has the brake recall been done? - YES + New Inspection (PA) done Friday, Mechanic said all calipers are "like new". Oil & Filter done with Inspection
Does the transmission have Transynd in it? - UNKNOWN - I was thinking I would change trans fluid & filters before first big road trip.
Does it have a bath and a half? - YES - wash 7 dryer - all leather upholstery - 4-door fridge w/icemaker.

Sounds like all the bases are covered. Nice.

If the 4 door refrigerator is a Norcold 1200 there is a safety recall on it too.

Oh...and clean the MAF.
