If that turn my refrigerator to the next to highest setting everything Starts to freeze in there. If I lower the temperature down just one notch it gets too hot in there. Just curious if anyone else has this problem?

in the rear of the fridge you will see a thermostat wired to the cooling fins you can slide it up and down to find the right medium

Move it up to make the box cooler and down (to the middle) to be warmer. If you go past the middle it will work the opposite way.
Or think of it like this : further away from the middle = cooler in the box, closer = warmer.
Or think of it like this : further away from the middle = cooler in the box, closer = warmer.
