2001 wilderness 31g water leak all under

So i bought my 2001 wilderness 31g for x amount i noticed in the ventilation system under my fridge its accumulating water quickly. all under neath its leaking. is it safe to remove all of the black tarp and insulation? and leave exposed for 2 weeks when weather will be 70+
 
If you're talking about the underbelly tarp, sure go ahead and remove it and the insulation.  It's only there to keep the floor and tanks warmer in cold weather and some trailers don't even have it.

After things dry out you can determine where the water is coming from.  If you're lucky it's just a plumbing leak from not winterizing the water system and draining the tanks before storing the trailer.
