water leak HELP please

I have a bad water leak under my stove with the water heater thing. i have water leaking under my cabnets and fridge now to. i know under my trailer its leaking in like 8 spots but i dont know if its safe to cut off the tarp and throw the insulation and leave it undone for a few weeks or not. 2001 wilderness travel trailer ball hitch 31g model
 
If your problem is a water leak in the belly of the rig, you don't have much choice. Until you cut into the bottom you will never know where the leak originates from.  The under belly can be patched, but finding the leak is paramount. 
 
What wood are you referring to? The water is pouring out of the bottom of the belly?  Turn the water off and see if the water flow stops.
 
the plastic black tarp between the two metal covers is leaking bad. all the insulation was soaked i cut it out this morning
 
Did you empty the water and holding tanks when you put it in storage?  It sounds like a piece of the plumbing froze and the tank water is draining out.

I'd eliminate that possibility before you start tearing further into stuff.
