My '96 Pace Arrow 35 has a rear view camera enclosed in a fiberglass housing that attached to the roof/back of the coach. It's likely original equipment. (its a black and white, and the monitor looks like an old CRT TV)
I want to replace it, and I'd like to place the new camera, if possible, into the housing. Question I have is, how do I open up this enclosure? It appears to have rivets holding it together (plastic rivets?). The top seam of this piece has been covered over with the rubber roofing material, so I imagine I'll be cutting and re-sealing that area....
Even if I cannot mount the new camera inside there, I need to access the power wires, so I'll have to open it up.
I'm planning to use a wireless camera, but not sure if the antenna will fit, or work well, inside this housing.
any guidance or advice humbly accepted.
