Police in Indiana have issued a special bulletin to be on the lookout.

Please watch for Mother Nature, she's known to be bipolar, and appears to be off her meds.

She's been in New England also.
 
She was in central Virginia yesterday, and brought snow with her. By the end of this coming week it will be about 80 degrees.
