Check with https://nrvia.org/ using their independent inspector locator, if none are listed in your area, send an email to the address listed on the NRVIA page and they can send send out an email to the active inspectors asking if anyone is traveling through your area and give them your contact information as many NRVIA inspectors are also full time RV'ers.
They are trying to build a good organization, with uniform training and inspection standards for RV inspectors. I just took their advanced inspector training course last week, and am in the process of finishing up the paperwork for my level 2 inspector certification.
