HOW DO YOU CONVERT A MANUAL FLUSH TOLIET IN 2005 NIAGARA?

I HAVE A 2005 NIAGARA WITH THE MANUAL FLUSH TOLIET.  ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO CONVERT THIS SO THAT YOU DON'T NEED TO USE THE CARTRIDGE TANK?  HOW CAN YOU HAVE THE WASTE GO DIRECTLY INTO THE SEWER?
