Rugby 7's aka "seven a side rugby" is a faster version of the already-fast game.

I just discovered rugby year or so ago at a pub in Orlando....and now NFL football just doesnt have the same appeal it used to. Now if I could just figure out how the game is played

Some simple rules:
- Keep the game moving.
- Can't throw/pass forward.
- No deliberate obstruction (blocking).
- Can't play the ball on the ground (release it).
