We are in Canada on our way to Alaska for a couple of months and on Thursday I needed to try and get Hughesnet to switch our Sat to 127W for reception up north.
Called Ron Ruward in Lewistown MT to start the process and found I needed info regarding MotoSat parameters for 127W. ???
No problem, called Russ Mahoney who is down in Oregon and got the right numbers to switch MotoSat over to 127W. 8)
Called Ron back and fussed until 11:00PM with no luck. Ron called the next morning, got me straightened out and an hour later we were crossing the border into Canada.
Where else but here? ;D ;D
