Good Morning,  I have a Itasca Ellipse QD 42. When I got ready to store the HWH Jacks I pushed the Store Button and nothing happened. I had to manually lift the jacks to store them. When I got home they worked fine the I leveled the coach again and pushed the store button and nothing happened.Has anyone else had this problem and also can anyone tell me where the Control Box is located?

Before you check for the controller, I would remove the control panel itself and check the connector on the back of that panel. It?s like a phone connector and can get a tiny bit of dust or dirt in it which interferes with proper operation. Just unplug and replug the connector a few times and see if that fixes the problem.

If that does not fix it, the controller is probably in your hydraulic bay.
 
I appreciate your help guy's. I will unplug at the remote control and if that doesn't work I will check under the dash and check the wires at the control box for loose or bad connections.
