Probably been covered many times, but I'll add my 2 cents.  During the de-winterizing of my 2013 Montana, I tried to use the Lippert Level-up to raise the axles to check the tires and wheel bearings. The touch pad did nothing.  No display, no nothing.  Checked power and it was fine.  Turns out that the touch pad buttons were not making contact.  If I pushed 'em with my fingernail, it worked as usual.  I'd say their circuit board could use an update.  I have a new one on order for $255.  At least I got the legs to finally extend and retract.  Hopefully they have addressed this problem in the new circuit boards.

Turns out it was the touch pad.  Could have been because of the sub-zero temps we had last winter, but the new panel fixed it.  I'll probably remove the panel when I park it for the winter to avoid the same failure next year.  I did notice that the replacement was different as far as screen layout and buttons, so hopefully they redesigned it to prevent it from happening again.
