We recently purchased a new 5th wheel that has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate dump sites. Does anyone have experience with the Rhinoflex "Y" joint so you can dump both ports at once. The sites are about 10 feet or so apart.
I have one, although i seldome ever use it. I just alternate between draining the two tanks. If staying extended stay, it could be handy I suppose. It is a well made unit though.
Yes and I used it many times in the past... but Suggestion
Find out what goes into each tank, you likely have only 3 tanks
BLACK, both toilets (if one is a Vacuflush or macerator type (same thing two names))
GRAY, non toilet waste INCLUDING the Kitchen sink
Wash (My Rear tank is Wash) NON-Toilet EXCLUDING the kitchen sink (Two lavs and a shower only)
I got an adapt-a-cap fits on the 3" port and has a garden hose fitting.. And a GRAY hose (Gray-ish water gray hose) 25'. Way easier to handle than the 3"
On the Y I have a matching adapt-a-cap.. Also on some of the elbows I have drilled out the flush fitting and hook the hose up there..
And finally on the rare occasion where I use my portable macerator the "Nozzle" (part that goes into the hole in the ground) has dual 3/4" hose fittings, gray and "other".
