Does anyone know where outdoor light switch is on 2005 Puma seems odd both ext lights are blown

In my FW, there are switches in the box with the slide switches. The lower lights, like by the steps, have a second switch on the light itself. Check either for power with a VOM or for blown bulbs. I have one on the front of the FW under the overhang that I have not figured out how to turn on yet!

My switch is on the bottom, but with the cover off, there is no power to the fixture. Measured with VOM from each side of the switch to ground.
