They used to make them available to the registered owner. Don't know what the Rev Group policy is on that now that they own the Fleetwood brand (as well as American Coach, Monaco, Holiday Rambler and Beaver). I've heard some say they disavow having any information on models built before they took over, but I don't know if that's a fact or not. I was able to get parts specific to my 2004 American Tradition FIN number as recently as 2014.
