I tried a 4" thick memory foam topper on mine but gave up after a week. Was like sleeping in the ball pit the kids play in. I couldn't roll over! Decided to try a different thicker mattress pad which has helped. Good luck in your search.

We replaced ours with a ten inch memory foam mattress we got from amazon for less than 200 and it is awesome! We first tried a topper but it wasnt for us. Good luck. Let me know if you want the link to the one we bought.

Good advice on replacing the mattress if you can afford to.
We tried the foam toppers of a couple different styles. Egg crate looking foam, even an expensive memory foam dual firmness that was supposed to be great.
Finally broke down and bought a "Wolf Mattress Blissful Journey Pillow-top" from Overstock.com EBAY LINK
That thing it Heaven! It rivals (better) our expensive Serta we have on our bed at home.

We have had good luck with mattress toppers. The last one we purchased was from https://www.mattressinsider.com/. Great selection of bedding products, very good customer service and pretty quick shipping. They also sell a wide selection of mattresses if you decide to go that route instead.

We did the same as Peggy. First new fifth wheel we bought. First trip went to Walmart and bought our first 10" memory foam for around $200. Put our other beside trailer at campground and someone came by and wanted it. Since then every one in our house has been changed. We have swapped out that same mattress in our last three new coaches. Still with us and love it.

First be sure you know the size in inches. "RV King" is not any official size and can be whatever the RV maker decides, and some RVs in fact have standard size kings.
Some RVs have kings that are 72x75 or 75x80, while others have the standard "Eastern King at 76x80 or even a California King at 72x84.
