Need Input on Blue Ox Brake Buddy
« on: May 08, 2018, 07:23:48 AM »
I have found what appears to be a good deal on a Blue Ox Brake Buddy that looks to be in very good condition.

I don't find any info on the Blue Ox webpage on the Brake Buddy, just their newest model.

Does anyone have any real world experience with the Blue Ox Brake Buddy.  We will be using it on a 2016 Cadillac SRX.
Curb weight about 4300lbs.

Thanks to all.

That's because blue ox  does not make the Brake Buddy. Blue Fox's brake box is called the Patriot.

Blue Ox doesn't make Brake Buddy. That is a specific brand name, made by Hopkins Manufacturing.  Blue Ox has a similar model, called Patriot. Perhaps if you gave the model # of the Brake Buddy or Patriot that you are referring to, someone could help you.
