We are deep into a rebuild of a 1985 Itasca Sunflyer. The Chevy P30 chassis only rounded 50k recently so mechanically the vehicle is in good condition. The previous owners were living in the thing, not to mention the interior was 33 years old so we decided a full rebuild was in order. We wanted the bed to be a suitable size (as opposed to the stock 48" bed) so we are rotating the shower 90 degrees to accommodate the larger bed. We are also changing the dinette a bit, lifting it onto a false floor and going with an "L" instead of what was there.
