Norcold N611V Won't Cool

I have a Norcold N611V refrigerator that has a flashing green light. When pressed the light turns amber and continues to flash. This is a link to the same exact issue (not my unit). I have posted on several boards and am told it is a Thermistor but looking for a second opinion.      Thanks!

Check that you are getting a full 12+ volts to the refrigerator.

Go to page 8 of the manual and you'll see a trouble-shooting chart related to the flashing light. The rate at which the light flashes will point you to further troubleshooting in the manual.
