Hello,

I have a Progressive Dymanics 9280 (80 amp) converter that stopped putting out DC.

I'm uncertain if it can be repaired or not. After taking it apart I found that a ceramic 20 amp (.25 x 1.25) fuse was blown. I cut the fuse out and jumpered in a replacement fuse which also blew.

With some help from others I've narrowed down part of the problem to a bridge rectifier and/or mosfets.

The bridge rectifier I'm able to find a part number. https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/comchip-technology/KBPC2504-G/641-1851-ND/3300067

However the two mosfets located connected to the heat sink the parts numbers penned over.  One has worse corrosion than the other, both appear will need to be sniped out and replaced? Have plastic tubing on their pins.

I'm not able to find any part numbers for the mosfets Q2a and Q2b (Q2b is on the left)

broken resister: https://s25.postimg.cc/s9a879j0f/DSC_9868.jpg

Found out the broken resister was placed there for factory calibrations.

Any idea of a part number for the mosfets?

The parts catalog from Progressive Dynamics is full of equipment ads and no parts
