Don't use regular Simple Green. Simple Green Industrial is OK and is available at Home Depot. If it doesn't say 'safe for aluminum' don't use it.
It's a messy job and some of it has to be done from inside. Plastic sheeting and painters tape comes in handy.
Google 'how to clean a diesel pusher radiator' and choose whichever link looks best to you.

I would pay to have that done by a Freightliner Oasis dealer that uses a mega volume heated spray.
