I disassembled our jackknife sofa several months ago to lengthen it. Well now that im back on the project I dont know how the frame goes back together in particular how the hinge assemble attaches to the frame. I have a flexsteel in a 2003 Holiday Rambler. For future reference: Always take pictures during disassembly. It's easy to do nowadays and does much to avoid future agonies like this. It's amazing how unfamiliar everything can look when you start re-assembly!

Is it the jackknife sofa or the sofabed? We had one of each in our Monaco Camelot of the same year as your HR (both made by Monaco). We had our sofabed removed, and I have a couple of photos that may show some of the detail you need. No promises.
