Hello everyone,

So last night I lowered my bunk above the cockpit with the clasp still locked. Now it won?t go up or down properly and two of the screws that hold the rail on the driver side in have stripped out. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue or had this issue and can point me in the right direction? And help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Does it move at all or just out of alignment. If it moves it may take a couple people to help assist it up staright if you are just trying to get it up. If it don't work at all it may have blown a fuse or breaker when motor overloaded. I have not owned or operated one of these. I would start there until someone else chimes in.

It would be nice to know the make and model of the RV so someone with a comparable unit can answer.
