As those had bad experiences in towing a travel trailer when they give tips that a 3/4 or a one ton dually would be used to tow anything more than a pop up camper when in reality they would have to seek help from an RV dealership about modifying the current hitch setup when in some cases the hitch weight was too light for a particular travel trailer when technicians have done some things to increase the hitch weight as technicians then focused their attention to the tow vehicle as changes were pale in comparison to what a new 3/4 or a one ton dually pickup would have costed.
 
I'll take a shot at it. I think he's saying that some problems could be hitch related rather than insufficient tow vehicle and that some people have said you need more tow vehicle than is really necessary.
