So, my auxiliary batteries are new and fully charged, but I have no power to the 12 volt system. It's not the fuses, and I didn't forget to turn on the auxiliary system switch on the dash. I plan to check the switch tomorrow, but my manual doesn't give me  any other hints; like what's between the batteries and that switch.  12 volt works fine when I am plugged in to 110, but the EMS is on the fritz.  Any words of wisdom will be appreciated.

Best thing to do is print out your wiring diagram and start troubleshooting. If you can find your battery mode solenoid and house disconnect solenoid (mine are in the electrical bay behind metal covers), that's an easy way to eliminate a bunch of the wiring as being faulty.
