Dometic Skylight leaking w/ pictures

The pictures are way too close to have any idea what?s going on, other that to say if it?s still leaking after being resealed, it?s probably leaking somewhere else. You literally have to go over every inch of caulking on the entire roof, even a hairline crack can leak. Plus, just because the water is coming out near the skylight doesn?t mean that?s where the crack is - water can travel inside your roof before finally dripping.
