My son and his daughter wanted a small teardrop trailer. So, they built one.  They started with a salvaged popup frame and went from there. They had their maiden voyage camping trip over Memorial weekend.  Sorry, I don't have interior pictures, but here's a few exterior shots.

Nice job! Hope they have a lot of fun times.
 
Good looking setup. I have a number of friends who use tear drops. So easy to tow, and yet they sleep dry. I am sure they will have lots of good trips.

They have photos of the interior. I'm expecting them to send me copies.  If not, I'm going to visit them in a couple of weeks.


They didn't have the kitchen hatch area quite finished when they made their maiden voyage and had a few finishing touches for the bunk area yet, but Memorial Weekend and their big kickoff trip came a bit too soon. When ya gotta go, ya gotta go.
