Inverter Issues

Having an issue with the inverter in my 5th wheel. Remote control panel doesn't work. Checked connection from battery to inverter, shows 13.4V. Have residential frig. Works when attached to shore power, not without. Interior LED lights work either way.  I'm not the most handy of repairmen.  Thinking inverter has died, but not sure. Any troubleshooting help greatly appreciated.
 
Make and model of inverter would be a good start for us.
I think a little bit more detail on everyone of your sentences would really help also.
 
Definitely need more info.  Is this a new/recent  problem, or has it never worked while you owned the rig?

It may be as simple as a switch needs to be thrown to connect the fridge to the inverter instead of shore power. Some rigs do this automatically, others manually.

Is this residential fridge a factory install from Jayco or a later upgrade?

What else is supposed to run off the inverter (if anything)?  Do those outlets have 120v power?

Interior lights are 12v, not 120vac, so irrelevant to the inverter.
