trouble shooting check engine light

I recently purchased a Winnebago View 2008 . The check engine light just came on. I was told I could read the code with a obd2 reader, but I am unable to find the location of the plug. I was told to look under the drivers side dash which I did but no luck. Anyone have a clue on where the plug might be or what other things I could do to determine the issue? ??? ???

It's there! Sometimes it seems as if they compete to find the best hiding place. Look for a connector stuffed above the steering column.
