Hello: I was looking in my 2018 chevy equinox owners manual and it has a stability control feature.I was wondering if this will help my towing? Now if i can figure out how to turn it on.Cars in the 60's were so much simpler.

What Steve said.

Your Equinox has GM StabiliTrak, which is designed to reduce the effects of a sideways skid by applying individual wheel braking to correct the direction of travel.  It's not related to towing per se, but if an out-of-control trailer pushed the tow vehicle into a skid, it would help.
