Have a 2013 Tour GD. Went to retract the large driver side forward slide. It came in about a foot. Tried several times, no luck. Consulted Lippert Owner and Service manuals (from their website). Used recommended "override" procedure with the result that the upper portion of the slide came in about one foot while the lower part retracted almost completely. Result nine inches difference between top and bottom. Removed the motors from the drive shafts (with difficulty) as mentioned in the service manual to allow manually pushing in the large slide. Slide was jammed. Had to have a mobile repair tech cut the drive shafts on the forward and after slides connecting the upper and lower gearing to free up the slide and allow it to be retracted so that the coach could be moved to a repair facility. Now the entire Schwintek assembly needs to be replaced. Caveat: be careful when using the recommended procedures.
