My wife cannnot reach the gas pedal with the seat fully forward, she is 5 ft 6" which is about average for a woman. She has to drive with her big toe! Which means I do all the driving. Does anybody know if there is a manual adjustment I can do to raise the pedal? We have a 2017 Winnebago sunstar.

There might be aftermarket products you can use, I doubt if there is any provision by the chassis manufacturer to adjust the pedal height. You can run that question by Winnebago Owner Relations.

And.. welcome.
 
Lots of adaptive products out there but the ones that attach to the accelerator would probably not work for you as they would be a pain to remove when you drive and install when she drives.  Might ask a place that installs adaptive hand controls if something like that would work where she could use them and you could still use the foot pedals.  I agree it would not be a manufacturer issue.  Good luck finding the right solution.
