Does anyone know where I might by a replacement shower kit for a 1999 Fleetwood Flair 30'. I can do the replacement if I can locate a kit.

You can buy shower enclosures from many places - RV showers aren't any different than residential ones. However, if you are hoping to find a kit labeled "1999 Flair Shower Kit", it ain't gonna happen. You need to note the shape and dimensions that will fit (and suit your needs) and go shopping for shower components that match.
Google 'shower enclosures kit' and start hunting for something that looks close to the size and style you want. Also inquire at places like Lowes and Home Depot for brochures from their many vendors. They can get most anything, but they seldom stock much at each store.
