How good/bad is I70 east from Columbus, Ohio to I79?

Heading to Friendsville, WV in 2 weeks. How bad is I70 east of Columbus Ohio ?
We are thinking of taking I 70 east to I79 south..
Dont want to take I 80 Eastbound If we dont have to..

Be sure to check out Castleman's bridge and Penn Alps Amish Restaurant, right off US40 can't miss it.

Traveling east on I68 you will come to Cooper's Rock, which is a pretty good mountain. You won't have problems going up, but be careful going down the other side. When you hit I68 from I79 you will be either going up a mountain or down one. LOL.

Heck, I will still be over here in this crap hole of a country, otherwise be happy to give ya'll the 10 cent tour of Garrett and Allegany counties.
