The power gear panel shows the front right jack down but it's all the way up, the contol panel acts like it's lost, I operated the jacks manually then back to auto, any suggestions I can try before taking to rv dealer.

maybe disconnect from power and see if the sensors and/or panel will reset?  Just a WAG.

There are now several models of Power Gear jacks, both electric and hydraulic types and manual and automatic operation. Can you tell us which one you have?

I believe that is a hydraulic system?  Power (hydraulic pump) down and spring return?
Check the oil level in the reservoir, if that is the case?

Disconnect the chassis battery for a minute and reconnect and try again. My powergear jacks will act strangely once in a while and this trick has worked every time. Fortunately for me, my coach has a chassis battery disconnect by the door.

Times 2!  Give it a try.

Yeah, the 500629 is a hydraulic system, hydraulic down and spring retract, with automatic control.

I don't think the problem is the fluid level - low fluid would cause the "Jacks Down" light to stay on. Apparently only the right jack indicator is on, which I think means something a but different than just "jack down".  If the reset attempt doesn't resolve the problem, I'd suggest contacting Power Gear Customer Service.

I tried the battery disconnect but jack light still shows down , I found a power gear manual and was able to down load it , it has diagram's that may help me , I am thinking about changing the fluid first  , the level is ok but last fluid change was 2015.  Thanks for the suggestions.
