Hello Guys,

New at this ---

Looking to purchase this BX7365 tow bar to be used to tow 2010 Chevy Cobalt.
Looking to use Demco Base Plates and some sort of a braking system (????)

Any comments pro or con on this will be greatly appreciated.  Recommendations??

Thanks,

Harv

That's the Blue OX Alpha, an excellent choice for light-medium weight vehicles.  I'd probably choose Blue Ox base plates to match, but if you prefer Demco, that's ok too.

There are several choices for braking systems and they all work decently. Many people seem to have favorites they rave about and harp on the advantages, but often the points of difference are small or just plain subjective.  The main choice is between a portable system (RVI, Brake Buddy, etc) and a permanent install system (Air Force One, Duo, M&G, etc).
