I have a 2016 Winnebago Itasca Cambria and when closing my awning picked up a small branch and now the awning will not go out it will go in but not out. I checked voltage on both sides of the switch have 12 volts on the out and 12 volts on the in any suggestions or has anyone had this problem and the fix? thanks!
 
How can it go in without going out first?
Sounds like something got caught in the mechanism.  Try giving it some help by someone pulling on it while you try to extend it with the switch.
