Is it safe to take a 40ft motorhome towing a Jeep from McKenzie to Oakridge on Hwy 19?

I assume your talking about NF-19 (National Forest Rd 19).
I haven't been on this road, but I have travel many National Forest roads in Oregon and elsewhere. There maybe stretches of the road that are OK, but I'm almost certain there are many stretches that are not at all good for a motorhome. I've been on many NF roads with our jeep that would be real tough in a car.

I'd scout it in the Jeep first. Google satellite view shows most of the route to be single track, it's probably too tight for a large motorhome if you meet someone coming the other way.
