Hi! I need help in deciding how to go about changing the padded headboard in our 2005 Newmar Dutch Star (Class A). The headboard is attached to a mirror that goes behind the headboard and extends to the upper cabinets. Does anyone know if the mirror goes the length of the headboard...is it attached with glue? We are putting in new floors and want to change the look of the valances and headboard to freshen up the entire look. Any ideas?? suggestions, much appreciated. Nannette

i believe most mirrors in rv's are attached with glue due to the vibration

Mirror probably glued, make new headboard with 1/8 luan, cut to be shape you want (cover mirror), cover with a thin foam, then fabric. I used a vinyl leather, trimmed with a fabric. Than attach at edges with decorative screws.
