Took a brief trip outside the community by water, checking out my bass boat. As usual, the two stowaways were aboard before me. This was our return; Entrance to Discovery Bay from fast water (using cell phone), and entering Beaver Bay (snapped by Chris from our deck).

Look awesome Tom. I had visions of doing some boating this weekend at Bear lake in Utah. Diane called around to a few places, but 2 - 4 hour rentals of a 20' pontoon were about $400.    I decided to drive around the lake perimeter instead......

Aye you're right Arch. It was also a little cooler for a few days, but there's a high moving in offshore, so we'll see higher temperatures.

That's for sure Tom, although holiday weekends tend to be busy around here. I must have hit a narrow window of relative quiet yesterday, but on the way home there was an armada of jetskis and ski boats coming at me. I recall when Delta waterways were always much quieter, but the earlier drought years, with low lake levels, meant that folks 'found' (discovered) the Delta.

It's always a nice day to be on the water (weather permitting)  8)  I sold my 25' Bayliner ski boat 2 years ago, sure do miss it  :(
