Today I received the latest Sierra Drifters newsletter. Folks are catching decent trout, and it appears that fishing will soon improve from the summer. You can sign up for their free (email) newsletter on their web site. FWIW I've never received any spam from these folks, although I've been on their mailing list for several years.
Makes me itchy to load up the fly fishing gear and head out. But some personal commitments won't allow me to do that in the immediate future. If anyone makes it out there, please post your findings (and photos of your catch).
