Apparently I?ve had some road damage and my blinds and window valance have fallen down.

Take a look at the picture and please let me know if my thinking is correct. Do the roll up blinds just clip into the valance? They have to come out, or there?s no real way to hang the valance to the wall. Are there ?studs? this should be hung from? It doesn?t feel like it. I?m thinking of adding two brackets and screws to ensure it remains in place.

Adding more of the brackets might work if you can find the 2x2 studs and relocate the original brackets to fresh holes.  I thinking you might not find more studs though.  In that case I would drill the holes out and glue in dowell rods.  Putting a screw into the thin paneling won't work for long.  Perhaps that's why it failed?
 
Yeah, could be. Factory installation, probably got it wrong.

I think I actually have a stud finder. Wonder if it will work with this set up.

I hadn?t thought about drilling and filling the holes. I was thinking of upsizing the screws.

At the moment though, I need to get the actual blinds out of the valance to be able to do anything, and I?d like to not break them in the process.

Any ideas from the group?

Most likely clips or screws.  Our fifth wheel had clips but our current motorhome has screws.  Clips could be along the length of the blind or on the ends.  Figuring out how to release them is part of the fun because there are many different design in use.  The ones along the top bar usually release by prying them away from the bar and the ones on the end very often have a part that rotates up & out of the way.

If there are screws they will likely be under the first fold and through the bar up onto the valance.
 
There are some screw anchors like Molly bolts which will provide a more solid attachment in thin wall board.

They are readily available at local hardware and big box stores as well.

Our FW has a different style blind, but it attached to a wall bracket, completely independent of the valence, so I can not help on this part.
