allison wont shift into gear

2006 Winnebago Journey 36G, Cummins 300. Allison transmission wont shift into any gear. Engine starts. Engine monitor says "No Brakes" but brakes are fine. Any ideas what to check? Cant move it so cant take for service.
 
It evidentially has a sensor to detect no air to brake system. This is most likely disengaging the transmission. I have not had this happen but seems to be the problem. If you are building good pressure and it is still not working it is probably a sensor or something is unplugged or loose.
