You are going to have to provide way more info. Type of slide. Is it hydraulic, cable, electric. Doubt it's cable but just making a point before we can help

First, is the FW plugged into shore power? The battery may be too weak to do the job without help. Alternately, plug into the truck 7 pin to give the battery a bit of help.
There should be a hole about ?" diameter in the lower edge of the slide which will accept the manual handle. It may attach to the motor shaft or nearby gearbox.
