Tires ???

tires  what do you all think a the brand  falken I found a falken r1-151 regional 245/70 r 19.5 I ???
in a car tire falken is a good brand  and have been around  for a long time
 
No I did not  Measure yet the guy at the tire store said 8 x 19.5 is the same as 245/70 r 19.5 

Now I'm reading that people  (internet)are using  225 70 r 19.5 in the rear axle  and using 245/70r19.5 in the front axle.....

help...
the tires almost cost more than I bought the rig for... I dont want to make a stupid  costly mistake
 
I use Samson 8R/19.5 on my rig got them from Chicago tire via ebay
given good service so far about 4 years

Goodyear says the equivalent of an 8R19.5 is 225/70R19.5.  Not 245.  Read what you need to know about the conversion at https://www.goodyearrvtires.com/size-conversions.aspx

I've no experience with larger sizes but Falkien gets good reviews in other sizes.  However, there are other quality alternatives that won't break the bank either, e.g. Toyo or Sumitomo.  Double Coin also makes that size, but I would go with the Flakiens rather than Double Coin.
